How enquiry information is used.

What we collect
Our enquiry forms collect the student’s name, age band, guardian’s name where needed, contact details, locality, training preferences, and any optional message. We record your consent choices, early-bird interest and submission time. Collaboration forms collect organisation details and the nominated representative’s business contact, role and proposal.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries and manage applications. Promotional updates require a separate optional consent. Enquiry records are available only to authorised administrators.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian must submit the enquiry using their own contact details. Do not include identity documents, medical information or payment details.
Storage and retention
Sharma Shooting Academy stores enquiries using Sites hosting and its Cloudflare database. Authorised administrators review records against a 180-day retention period and delete records manually. Hosting and authentication providers process information needed to operate and secure the website. Early-bird allocations are held in a separate ledger. When an enquiry is deleted, its link and duplicate-check identifier are removed from that ledger; the anonymous position, benefit and allocation date remain so a used place is not offered again.

Cookies and providers
No advertising trackers are installed. Google Maps loads only when you choose to load the map; doing so connects to Google and is subject to Google’s privacy practices. Administrator sign-in uses the hosting provider’s authentication. Essential hosting and security processing may apply.
